To get remote assistance, please make sure that you are on the telephone with a technician from BIS.
- Click on the “Get Remote Support” link below.
- Choose “Run” or “Open” (this depends on your internet browser).
- Select “OK” to any security warnings that you get (Choose “Continue”, “Allow”, or “Accept”)
- Double-click on the appropriate support technician (as directed by the technician on the phone with you).
